These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and its free seller workshop, operated by Crystal Creed, doing business with the public as Crystal Creed, Icon Realty Advisors. By using this site, submitting the registration form, or joining our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or join our SMS program.

Crystal Creed provides real estate services through Icon Realty Advisors. The free online seller workshop promoted on this site is educational content about preparing to sell a home and is not a substitute for individualized professional advice.

4.1 Program description and use cases

Our SMS program sends messages to people who register for the free seller workshop. Messages include your registration confirmation, event reminders, and, only for subscribers who separately opt in to marketing, invitations to future workshops and home selling tips.

4.2 Consent

Consent to receive text messages is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4.3 How to opt out

Text STOP to cancel at any time. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. A confirmation message follows and no further messages will be sent to that number.

4.5 Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per month.

4.6 Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular and others.

4.8 Privacy

The workshop is free. Your Zoom join link is personal to you, please do not share it. We may record the workshop and reuse the recording for future replays and promotional content.
