We started working with Crystal in September of 2021 during the height of the frenzied housing market. She took the time to figure out our wants and needs on our new home. Although I KNOW I drove her crazy, Crystal was patient and thorough. As a result, she showed us several great houses. We made an offer on a few; however, we were priced out. This was not due to any fault of Crystal's, but our own decision to not increase our bid. My wife and I had just about given up when one popped up in January 2022. This was THE ONE! Although she had a prior appointment, Crystal made arrangements to have her assistant meet us at the open house on a Saturday. We loved it even more after looking at it. On Sunday, we made arrangements to see the house again, but this time with Crystal. During our visit, she built great rapport with the listing agent, reiterated our buying power, and told the listing agent an offer would be submitted. We submitted the offer the following day and, after some negotiation, we GOT THE HOUSE! The best part is, we were not even the highest bid!
