Crystal Creed is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (license SL3301182) with Icon Realty Advisors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, submit the workshop registration form, or otherwise interact with us, including by text message.

When you register for our free seller workshop, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, selling timeline, and the city your home is in
• Any question you choose to add on the registration form
• Your SMS consent choices (transactional and marketing, each optional)
• Ad-click details, such as UTM parameters and a Facebook click ID, kept in your browser for the visit so we can measure which ad brought you here
• Your IP address and device information, used for security and to block spam submissions
• Cookies and pixel data described in section 6 below

We use the information above to:

• Register you for the workshop and send your Zoom join link, reminders, and replay
• Answer the question you submitted
• Follow up about selling your home, if you asked us to
• Measure which ads and pages bring registrations
• Detect and block spam or fraudulent form submissions

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the workshop and follow up with you:

• Our CRM and messaging platform, to send confirmations, reminders, and replies
• Zoom, to register you for the workshop and issue your join link
• Meta, to measure the ads that brought registrations

Each of these only receives what it needs to provide its service. We never sell your information.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform, and browser session storage to remember which ad or link brought you to the site so registrations can be credited correctly. You can limit tracking through your browser's cookie settings and your ad platform's ad preferences.

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
